How are you doing? I'm doing good.
Last night I had youth group... and it was just... amazing.
My pastor was talking about forgiveness and unconditional love. Ever heard the phrase "Forgive and forget?" He said that if we are Christians, our sins have been forgotten.
Three people got saved last night. It was so awesome, you could really feel that God was in that room with us. Everyone was praying for and hugging each other.
It was also really emotional... I started crying, and that's saying something, because I usually never cry. One of my friends that I met there recently, she prayed for me. And I just can't really describe that feeling that came over me... like I actually belonged somewhere and fellow Christians loved me for who I was.
Sorry for such a short post today. I just felt the need to let my thoughts out. Thanks so much for reading guys. <3

P.S. I am glad because I don't have my early morning English class today! My teacher is out of town. :) Also, my youth group might go see a movie tomorrow! I'm excited!

ReplyDeleteMmmm...I know that feeling. In March I went to a youth group with our church (along with several other churches) and...wow. I just felt so at peace there. Like I could be totally myself, not worried about what others thought of me. I loved it and can't wait to go again.
